After booking: payment of deposit 25% within 2 weeks after booking, balance upon arrival.
Smoking is only allowed on the 2 terraces
When using a barbecue, always have a bucket of water available for emergencies.
We ensure that the property is in perfect order, but if you notice any damage or defect, you must report it to us immediately so that we can take the necessary action.
Refund in case of cancellation:
Up to 8 weeks before arrival date: 100% of the amount already paid
Up to 4 weeks before arrival date: 50% of the amount already paid
Up to 2 weeks before arrival date: 25% of the amount already paid
